How do I wash my tumbler?

Hand-wash only, do not soak. The tumblers are not microwave safe or dishwasher safe. Avoid extreme temperatures and do not drop.

Do you do custom tumblers?

Yes, we offer custom tumblers as well as pre-made tumblers. If you have an idea that you would like us to create, we'll be more than happy to work with you to make your vision happen.

Do you offer shipping?

Yes, we do offer shipping. Shipping rates vary depending on where you are.

How long does it take to get my tumbler?

It depends on what is on the tumbler, how complicated the design is, and how many orders we have at the time. A general answer is 3-5 weeks.
